13 UK higher education institutions have recently been awarded the "HR Excellence in Research" logo for ensuring good and reliable working conditions to researchers. There are now 23 UK institutions compared to just fifteen other European universities to have the 'HR Excellence in Research' badge. List of acknowledged institutions (by country)

The "HR Strategy for Researchers" supports research institutions and funding organisations in the implementation of the Charter & Code in their policies and practices. The logo "HR Excellence in Research" is awarded to these institutions and organisations which have been acknowledged by the European Commission for having made significant progress in implementing the Charter & Code.
