EURAXESS Rights PDF Print

EURAXESS Rights provides all information regarding the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, adopted by the European Commission in 2005. These two documents addressed to researchers as well as to employers and funders in both public and private sectors, are key elements in the European Union's policy to make research an attractive career, which is a vital feature of its strategy to stimulate economic and employment growth.

The Charter describes the rights and duties of researchers, as well as research and funding institutions.

The Code aims at ensuring equal treatment of all researchers in Europe and increases transparency in their recruitment.
