Candidates with a PhD (or equivalent qualification) obtained in Italy or abroad. Candidates must also be in possession of one of the following requirements: • have obtained the ASN for the functions of Associate or Full Professor (Art.16 of L.240/2010) or: • have worked for at least three years, even cumulatively and even for non-periods consecutive, of: - Fixed-term researcher contracts Art. 24, paragraph 3, letter A of Law 240/2010, or pursuant to art. 1 paragraph 14 of Law 230/2005; - research grants (art. 22 of Law 240/2010, or pursuant to art. 51 par 6 of L. 449/97); - post-doctoral scholarships pursuant to art. 4 of Law 11/30/1989 n. 398 - contracts, grants or scholarships in foreign universities, equivalent to those described above. Candidates in possession of a qualification obtained abroad must produce a copy of the equivalence provision, issued by the competent authorities; are allowed to participate those who present a photocopy of the foreign qualification (translated into Italian or English) and the receipt of the request for equivalence of the foreign qualification in accordance with art. 38 Legislative Decree 165/2001
