From 29 July 2022, there are new fees for issuing or replacing a residence card, a Polish travel document issued to a foreigner, a Polish identity document issued to a foreigner and a ‘permit for tolerated stay’ document.
Particularly, the fee rate for issuing or replacing the residence card is PLN 100.
However, if application for residence permit was submitted before the date of entry into force of the new regulation, the existing fee rate for issuing a residence card (which is PLN 50) will apply.
