The stipend is for 11 months with possible extensions based on the performance and on the condition of extending the project implementation period.

The aim of the project is the developing of biologically relevant bichromophores complexes with, from one side, the ability of enhanced singlet oxygen formation and, from other side, the ability of tight control of singlet oxygen concentration by depletion (e.g. consumption of singlet oxygen during endoperoxides formation) in organic solvents and in water/micelles solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out electronic absorption, fluorescence, phosphorescence and stationary IR or Raman experiments.
  • Samples preparation.
