The candidate must have experience in light-matter interaction research and numerical simulations, and a master's degree in physical sciences on the date of commencement of employment. The aim of the project is to implement a quantum neural network in two-dimensional semiconductor materials.

2. Motivation letter, with a brief description of the Candidate’s scientific interests and future research plans.

The position will be initially granted for one year, with the possibility of extension for another 1.5 year, provided that the work efficiency is satisfactory.

The amount of monthly remuneration is approx. PLN 8,000 – 9,000/month gross. The salary depends on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Candidates will be assessed based on the above documents. Selected Candidates may be invited to an interview, which will take place at the Institute or remotely. The competition will be decided by the end of August 2025, and selected candidates will be informed by e-mail.

The preferred start date of employment is October 2025, although it can be negotiated.
