Job profile:
Dissertation Position in Corporate Sustainability & Strategy
The research group of Corporate Sustainability (Prof. Kerstin Neumann) at the Institute for Organization & Learning, University of Innsbruck, is currently looking for an excellent PhD student to conduct theory-driven empirical and/or experimental research at the intersection of strategy, organization, and corporate sustainability.
Your qualifications:
· A completed (or close to completion) diploma or master degree in a relevant field of management, economics, or related subjects;
· An excellent foundation and genuine interest in relevant theories of strategy, organization, and corporate sustainability;
· Good methodological skills and the motivation to further develop these skills;
· High motivation for conducting excellent research and teaching;
· Proficiency in English as well as ability and willingness to work collaboratively in a team.
We offer:
· A four years (fixed-term) contract for a dissertation position, as soon as possible or upon agreement;
· Guidance and support in conducting your own research, with your dissertation being the focus of your work, while also conducting collaborative studies in a research- and internationally-oriented team, in the above-mentioned research domains;
· Room for teaching and third-mission activities in the group, with research being your clear focus.
