CD-CTTI-157-SGRH/2025 - Doctor Paulo Jorge dos Santos Gonçalves Ferreira, Full Professor and Rector at the University of Aveiro, hereby announces that for a period of thirty business days starting on the first business day following after which this notice is published in the Diário da República, an international public competition is opened, for the recruitment of one (1) position as Assistant Professor in the subject area of Communication Sciences and Technologies, sub-area of Creative Technologies, Area of Specialization in Audiovisual Creation, under an indefinite employment contract, entered into under the Labour Code, with the monthly remuneration corresponding to that of the first remuneration position of the respective category, on an exclusive dedication basis (€3501,28€), to exercise functions at the University of Aveiro.

 This Assistant Professor profile in Communication Sciences and Technologies, sub-area of Creative Technologies, Area of Specialization in Audiovisual Creation, arises at a time when changes are occurring in the production and distribution of digital video, with significant challenges for the area, especially focused on new media. These changes entail considerable challenges providing unique research opportunities, related to the integration of technological innovations in audiovisual creative processes.
