About
The Office for Foreigners is a national institution responsible for processing appeals from negative decisions on residence permits in Poland. The Office organises a series of Informational Saturdays organized as part of a project titled "In direct contact" co-financed by the European Union under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (2021-2027) and the state budget.
The next event will take place on September 26, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Office’s headquarters at Taborowa St. 33 in Warsaw.
To schedule an individual consultation and obtain information regarding a specific case, youhave to book an appointment in advance by calling 47 721 76 75 before September 11, 2026. No appointment is required for other matters.
During the Informational Saturday you will be able to:
• review case files and obtain information regarding proceedings conducted at the Office for Foreigners (appointments only);
• learn about legalizing your stay in Poland;
• collect official correspondence;
• submit documents to the registry office;
• collect documents issued by the Head of the Office (i.e., a residence card, a Geneva Convention travel document, a temporary travel document for a foreigner – TZTC).
