What to Expect
CoARA in Practice – Polish Chapter Experiences, Alicja Józkowicz, PhD, Jagiellonian University
A representative from the Polish Chapter of CoARA will share how the Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment principles are being applied to recruitment processes, highlighting challenges and successes in aligning with reform goals.

European Perspective – Mobility and Career Development
We aim to include Dr Gian Maria Greco, Chair of MSCAA, who will provide insights into mobility and career development strategies that support fair assessment and recruitment.

NOR-CAM: Competence-Based Recruitment in Norway
Ragnar Lie (Universities Norway) will present the Norwegian Competence Assessment Model (NOR-CAM), a practical framework for evaluating researcher competencies beyond traditional metrics.
