Crossing Polish borders - temporary restrictions
Due to the coronavirus situation between March 15th and 24th the Polish government introduced temporary restrictions at Polish borders. The restrictions mainly concern foreigners which means that only those who: have temporary or permanent residence permit, work permit, are spouses or children of Polish citizens, have the Poles Card are allowed to enter. Those who are allowed to enter Poland will have to undergo 14-day quarantine.
Crossing the internal EU bordeds will be possible only by car at specified border crossings. International flights and railway transport have been temporarily suspended.
As for visas to Poland it is recommended to check the information in Polish embassies and consulates abroad as the services may also be suspended.
