The Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) has announced the results of the first call in the programme "NAWA-EURAXESS Network". 11 projects will get funded out of 12 submitted. The aim of the programme is setting up regional collaboration networks composed of universities and research institutes as well as other organisations supporting international scientists coming to Poland.
The partnerships will focus on developing attractive environment for international researchers and their families in Poland. The projects will also result in an increased number of the Polish institutions joining the European EURAXESS network and long-term collaborations nationally and at the European level to enhance research careers in Europe.
