The Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) established an international postdoctoral fellowship programme in Oceanography and Earth Sciences to help youg researchers develop their scientific excellence.
What is funded
5 fellowships awarded in 2016. For the 2016 call, Period of employment is from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. One contract period is maximum one fiscal year. The contract period can be renewed but the total contract period is a maximum three fiscal years
