About
Outline
The TEAM-TECH programme provides financing for R&D projects relating to the development of technologies, creation of products or development of processes of major importance for the economy.
What is funded

Projects to be carried out under the TEAM-TECH programme should involve R&D work on a new product or production process (technological or manufacturing) of significant importance for the economy. The Team Tech project shall be based on an identified product, technology or market of recipients of the given product or technology.
Offer
The TEAM-TECH programme offer grants worth approx. EUR 850 k. Funding is awarded for a period of 3 years (with the possibility of extension for another 2 years). These funds can be allocated, among other things, to salaries, stipends, training and internships under personnel development as well as covering the many other costs connected with R&D work, including tasks that are contracted out (sub-contracting).
Duration
Projects lasting up to 36 months will be financed under the programme ((with the possibility of extension for another 2 years).
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are those researchers (regardless of nationality) who have at least a PhD degree as well as research or commercialisation experience confirmed by international achievements, who intend to include young researchers – students, PhD students or young doctors (postdocs) – in their team.
For the duration of the project, the project manager (principal investigator; PI) shall be employed at the unit, with a commitment of at least 50% of a full-time employment for the purposes of project realisation. In justified cases the applicant may apply for lower commitment for project realisation (but no less than 30% of full-time employment).
The programme is co-financed with the support of the Smart Growth Operational Programme (PO IR).
