  • Academic Level B, Salary Range $106,116 pa - $125,682 pa + 17% Super
  • Fixed Term, Full Time – until 31st December 2024

We are currently seeking a Lecturer in Robotics to join the School of IT and Systems (ITS) within the Faculty of Science and Technology.

Reporting to the Head of School, this position will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching for the Engineering programs at undergraduate and post-graduate levels while contributing to the School’s research capabilities. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative, and supportive team that has innovative and flexible approaches to teaching and is committed to supporting students to succeed. You will have everything you need to build your research portfolio and develop the links with industry and government to facilitate external fundings and generate research income. 

To be successful you will need to hold a PhD in or equivalent in the broader area of Robotics and/or AI/ML or a related area.

We are looking for a candidate that we can invest in by creating pathways for future opportunities and career development. Subject to individual performance, further contract extension may be possible.
