II.We offer:

4. Employment for one year (with a three-month trial period), with the possibility of extension to a contract for a permanent position (in accordance with the principles of labour law). III. Your responsibilities:

1. Optimization of bioactive molecules using medicinal chemistry approach, including:

- chemoinformatic analysis and design

- multiparametric data analysis

2. Using machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools for project tasks.
3. Participation in activities related to the functioning and development of the POL-OPENSCREEN Research Infrastructure, including:

- creation and launch of the Laboratory of Synthetic Biology and Chemical Synthesis

- development of protocols and standard operating procedures

- maintaining the status of ICHB PAN in the EU-OS consortium

- building competitiveness on the international market

4. Participation in specialist training.
5. Participation in project group meetings and reporting to the project manager and/or lab manager.
6. Participation in the creation of scientific publications.

IV. Applications must comprise:

Protection for whistleblowers

In the case of reporting violations using a dedicated system for whistleblowers, the reporting person's data will be processed in accordance with applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, including the above-mentioned Regulation (EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016). We ensure confidentiality and protection of the identity of reporting persons, and that their data will not be disclosed without their consent, unless the law provides otherwise.
