Offer Description
Effective rendering of 3D objects using Gaussian Splatting in an Augmented Reality environment
Project is being carried out within the First Team FENG programme of the Foundation for Polish Science
3D object generation is currently one of the most important trends in computer graphics. Classical representations are relatively easy to render, while being difficult for generative machine learning models. A recent breakthrough in this area is the Neural Radiance Field (NeRF) and Gaussian Splatting (GS) models. The main goal of the research program is to create an augmented reality environment using neural rendering methods.
