Candidates applying for the above position should meet the requirements set forth in Article 20(1) points 1-3 and Article 113 points 1 and 2 of the Law of July 20, 2018 - Law of Higher Education and Sciences and:

• have a master's degree in English linguistics;
• have at least one year of experience in teaching English language at a university (higher education institution);
• have at least one scientific publication in the field of English linguistics, published in the journal  indexed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education;
• have a communicative knowledge of Polish

• have knowledge of English language teaching methodology

The candidates should submit the following documents:

1. Application for employment adressed to the Rector of the University.
2. A copy of documents confirming obtaining the high school diploma and academic degrees.
3. Information on his/her scientific, teaching and organizational activities, including a list of achievements and indicating the field/discipline he/she represents.
4. Personal questionnnaire for the applicant or CV.
5. A statement that he/she meets the requirements for the position of academic teacher.
6. A clause expressing consent to the processing  of personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process.
7. A statement that in the event of employment University of Siedlce will be the primary workplace.

The competition committee reserves the right to interview in person with the candidates.

The competition is expected to be resolved by 31 January, 2026.

Planned employment as of February 23, 2026.

On the basis of 92 paragraph of the Statute of Siedlce University,the Rector reserves the right to withdraw from the settlement of the competition for important reasons.

Selected candidates will be contacted. The documents sent by the University will not be returned. In case the candidate is not employed, the documents will be destroyed. In order to meet the deadline for submitting applications,, the date of their reception by to the University is decisive.
