Application files for the positions subject to selection within the project “RExQTCS: Romanian Center of Excellence in Quantum Technologies with Impact on Cybersecurity” must contain the following documents:

• Standard registration application form addressed to the head of the institution (Annex 10);
• Copy of identity card or any other document attesting identity according to law (marked 'certified true copy' and signed by the applicant);
• Marriage certificate, if applicable (marked 'certified true copy' and signed by the applicant);
• Curriculum Vitae in Europass format (specifying the targeted position, signed on each page and dated on the last page);
• Criminal record certificate or a self-declaration stating no criminal record incompatible with the position;
• Medical certificate attesting appropriate health condition, issued at most 6 months prior to the selection process by the family doctor or authorized health units, or self-declaration with obligation to complete the file before the first selection stage;
• Copy of employment record book and/or certificate attesting work experience / project experience / specialty experience (signed on each page 'certified true copy');
• Copies of documents attesting experience in the specific field of activity of the project (signed on each page 'certified true copy');
• Copies of documents attesting the level of completed studies and other specialization certificates, as well as documents proving fulfillment of specific position requirements (signed on each page 'certified true copy');
• Self-declaration regarding whether the candidate has/does not have spouse or relatives up to the 3rd degree inclusive employed at West University of Timișoara in a leadership, control or authority position relative to the targeted position;
• Declaration regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR);
• Other relevant documents for the selection process.
